That’s the problem
with putting others
first. You have taught
them you come
second.

You are
under no obligation
to be the same person
you were a year, a
month, or even 15
minutes ago. You have
right to grow.
No apologies.

You’ll end up
really disappointed if
you think people
will do for you as
you do for them.
Not everyone
has the same
heart as you.

You may slip,
but God isn’t going
to let you fall. His
loving arms will
always be there
to catch you.

I don’t chase people
anymore. If they like spending
time with me they will do so.
If not, I’m content in my
own company.
